Please note that fulfillment timelines may vary between purchases made directly through our website and purchases made through an organization or team store. The timelines below provide a general overview of how each order type is operationally fulfilled.
Website / TCA Team Website Purchases
Orders placed directly through the TCA Team website are generally fulfilled within 3–5 business days, provided the products are in stock and do not require extended customization or vendor production.
Certain customized, special-order, or vendor-produced products purchased online may be subject to longer lead times. When applicable, estimated lead times will be communicated based on the products purchased.
Organizational & Team Store Purchases
Orders placed through an organization's dedicated team store are subject to the specific fulfillment program established for that organization.
Fulfillment may vary based on the organization's store setup, ordering windows, bulk ordering methodology, products offered, customization requirements, vendor selection, and whether products are produced or decorated internally or through a vendor partner.
Understanding Your Order Timeline
Because an organizational store or individual order may contain products with different production and fulfillment requirements, not every item within an order will necessarily follow the same timeline.
All orders are subject to the setup of the organization's store, bulk ordering methodology, fulfillment program, vendors utilized, and the specific products purchased within the order.

Shipping & Transit
Shipping and carrier transit begin after the applicable fulfillment process is complete.
Shipping transit time is separate from the fulfillment timelines outlined above and may vary depending on the shipping method, carrier, destination, and other delivery considerations.
