Product Policy: No Returns on Custom Product

Due to the nature of the custom apparel business, we are unable to accept any returns on custom product and all sales are final. If you believe that the product you received has any kind of manufacturers defect, please call us at (214) 613-2693 or email customercare@tcateamstore.com and we will happily evaluate the situation.

Warranties

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer's policy. Defective products will be replaced with the same stock number, color, and size.

What is Your Returns Time Frame?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of the purchase. The item being returned must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges

When Will I Get My Refund?  

Returns are refunded within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Please allow UPS up to five business days to deliver your return to our warehouse. You can track your return using the UPS tracking number provided to you to make your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Shipping cost is not refunded for returned orders. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. An email will be sent once the refund has been issued. 

How Do I Get a new Size or Style?

Email customercare@tcateamstore.com to receive a return authorization. Place a new order on your organizational store at your earliest convenience. You will be refunded to the original form of payment for returned items within 15 business days of receiving the return.

Returns: How Do I Make an Exchange?
  1. Print out a prepaid UPS Return Label
  2. Drop the package off at your local UPS location
  3. Place a new order for a different size, color, or style at your convenience
  4. Receive a refund to the original form of payment once the return has processed

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, there may be information on the TCA TEAM STORE site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the TCA TEAM STORE site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience.
